Santa came to Town!

Tonight was the night that Santa comes to visit all the kids that live on base. The fire department escorts him around housing and while he waves to all the little children, the firemen walk around and hand out candy. It is a fun tradition here on base and the kids look forward to it ever year. The sirens are loud and it is a chance for them to get close to the trucks. Happy Holidays!!!

Kaden's First Haircut!

This was not a pleasant experience to say the least. It started of good until he realised that he was going to be sitting in the chair. Then it was down hill from there. He kick and screamed the entire time. Scott had to sit in the chair with him the whole time, and hold him. Then after it was all over he still didn't want to get his picture taken. He was MAD! It was a very sad day for me. I didn't want to cut his hair, but Dad insisted it was time. Well, I bet after that experience he will wait awhile before he does it again. LOL

So I am dieing to know what the fasination with boxes and babies are? He is so content with playing with box. Doesn't really care what ever comes in the box...just wants to play in the box. Too cute!

More Halloween Fun!

Here are pics of the bunch of us carving pumpkins. There was a hole lot of us and we were doing this in barely any light because it gets dark so soon. But we did and had alot of fun.

Day at San Franny

This was the day we went to the Golden Gate. It was so windy, but we survived. The kids had fun looking out and down under the bridge. Scott of course was picture happy....enjoy.

First Day of School

This was the first day of school, and were they excited! Cole had his first day of kindergarden and di GREAT! And Ryane LOVES her new teacher. She looks forward to the disecting of a cow! Ya thats right a COW!

Apologies from a slacker

Well, I thought I should at least write a little something so people didn't think we fell off the face of the planet! Things have been hecktic to say the least. This week has been the worst. I have been pee'd on, soda spilled on, washed me ipod in the washer, then dried it, almost blew up the lawn mower when i thought I was going to be helpful. And on top of all that I am still chasing around 4 boys. Ryane comes home on sunday finally after being gone for a LONG summer. Shawn and Trey leave on the 14th and Cole will probably be will us forever. Thats a whole seprate post. Kaden has finally broke all those molars we have been waiting for, and is just a busy, busy little man. Always wants to bolt out the front door. As for Scott, he is at work all day and then comes home to kaos! But hey they are his children:) As for me I am just tired. Don't really have anymore words for it. Well, its off to tackle the clan... good to see everyone is doing well. Love you all

Ryane's Baptism Day!

This was a special day for all of us! I can't say what it ment to see Ryane make such an important decision in her life. And also gives me much peace of mind! It was fun and spiritual at the same time. Lot's of tears...but good tears!

First Campin' Trip

Well we got some new camping gear and did our first campout. It was lots of fun, dirty but lots of fun. We had a great camp site. We were right next to a river and the kids got to play down there. The trees were beautiful the way the light came through them. Kaden had a fun time throwing rocks in the water. Just don't put him in it,that was not so fun. All in all it was a good time and we plan to do it often.

Kaden's first Sea World trip

Kaden loved Sea World. He was really excited about Shamu. Screamed everytime he came by the glass. He got a mohac from the sunscreen on his head. Thought it was cute.
